Who is Lisa?

Hi my name is Lisa Mead. I am an Australia Chef, for the past 26 years I have been living and working Internationally throughout the Caribbean, The Mediterranean, and Australia , I have travelled extensively throughout South East Asia.

I have chefed in luxury estates and private yachts and restaurants, and for the past 7 years I have been host of my own cooking TV show " Galley Gourmet WIth Chef Lisa", we film on location in the British Virgin Islands, the show is seen throughout the Caribbean, South America, USA, Canada and the UK.

Join me as I take you on a Culinary and Cultural adventure to places I have worked and visited. Each tour is tailor made for you and your group. We plan the accommodation and activities to suit your exact requirements. My team and I will be with you the entire way, showing you the wonders of places such as France, Italy, Spain, The Balearic Islands, Australia, New Zealand, Bali, Vietnam, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Fiji and The Caribbean.

Whether we are attending a private cooking class in Bali in the hills of Ubud, then cycling down the mountain , through the villages of tiered rice paddy fields, or maybe attending a traditional mask painting class in a Hindu temple.

Or staying in a hillside villa in Tuscany, visiting the garden to pick fresh vegetables , then attending a private cooking class with the in house chef who will teach us various ways to make pasta, then sample the wine from the Estate, later visiting Florence for a private art gallery walking tour.

Maybe we will visit an elephant orphanage in Sri Lanka, then take a class in Batik design, before sampling the mouth watering dishes of the city of Colombo.

Why not join our own private yacht for a few days to sail around the Whitsunday Islands off the coast of Queensland, go scuba diving or snorkelling , enjoying the fresh seafood prepared by our chef. Then heading to the Desert of Australia, to staying in 5 star glamping accommodation not far from the famous Red Rock known as Uluru, where we will dine under the stars and enjoy a gourmet degustation dinner.

The sky is the limit for our bespoke tours. We are only limited by our imagination.
