The yachts can either be crewed by a skipper/Chef, or they can be fully crewed depending on the size, ( Captain, Engineer, Ist Mate, Professional Chef,Deck Hand, Stewardess)
Again depending on the size of your yacht will depend on how it is customised, ( e.g., jet ski, water toys, etc…)

Your menu will be created by the on board chef, with input from you via what is known as a preference sheet, which provides questions for you and your group to answer pertaining to your menu for the week.

The crew will accommodate your Itinerary suggestions, and distance you wish to travel, as best they can, the Captain is in charge of the vessel and the guests safety , so his is the ultimate decision.
